Dublin Port Infrastructure Levy

We would like to inform you about the implementation of a new charge applicable to all freight units entering or departing Dublin Port.
The new Port Infrastructure Levy will be introduced by Dublin Port Company (DPC) from 1st March 2026, despite significant industry opposition.
DPC advise the charge is being implemented to fund investment for Port infrastructure development.
The additional charge will be:
Full Trailer Load (FTL): € 15 per unit
Groupage/Part Load (LTL): € 0.12 per 100 kg (minimum € 1.8 per shipment)
DPC will charge the Levy in Euros via the Shipping Lines and NTEX will pass on the cost in full.
For customers invoiced in local currency, the charge will be converted based on the rate of exchange at the time of invoicing.
