Merger completed between NTEX Inrikes AB and NTEX AB

To be able to offer an even stronger and more cohesive range of services, we have carried out a merger within NTEX. The purpose is to create clearer synergies and further strengthen the service to you as a customer.
We hereby wish to inform you that the merger between NTEX Inrikes AB (556665-3464) and NTEX AB (556648-7285) has now been completed and registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket) as of 2026-04-01.
This means that NTEX Inrikes AB has been merged into NTEX AB, and that as of this date NTEX AB has assumed all assets, liabilities, rights, and obligations of NTEX Inrikes AB.
What does this mean for you as a customer?
The merger does not affect our cooperation in practice. All existing agreements, price lists, and arrangements will continue to apply unchanged, and you will continue to have the same contact persons and service as before.

As of 2026-04-01, all customer invoices will be issued by:

Org. no.: 556648-7285
This means that going forward you will receive invoices in the name of NTEX AB, including for business previously handled by NTEX Inrikes AB.
