A customer in southern Sweden rings on a Thursday afternoon requesting the immediate delivery of two pallets of goods to a car manufacturer in Birmingham. It has to arrive no later than 07.00 on the Saturday.
When NTEX has gathered all the information and asked a number of attendant questions, we call the recipient and find out that they can finish their production at 09.00. With these two extra hours, we manage to pick up the goods and deliver at the time promised. The extra time also means a not entirely insignificant cost saving for our customer, since we were able to choose a cheaper – but just as safe, transport manner.
NTEX's way of communicating with everybody involved proved to be once again, unbeatable.
